Any camping nuts out there (prob not too many Crew into roughing it, but there may be some others like me and the kids), there is a brill campsite in Paris. It's in a nice, safe suburb, which is pretty, the site is lovely and clean, and best of all you can get into the city centre on the train (a ten min walk) in 20mins! Brilliant. Trains run til late at the weekends (3-4am), and late enough in the week (11pm or so), so do a days shopping/sightseeing, then get on the train again, back to your lovely campsite, and pay a fraction of what you would have to pay for hotel accomodation. I thoroughly recommend it.
